if I could give this place 10 stars i would - Kyle Olson is da MAN!!!! This guy knows his stuff, super friendly, humble and down to earth man, and strives to make his patients better. My daughter was placed at Highland Ridge with awful depression - tons of doctors have worked on her in the past year and nothing has worked. Kyle sat down with my daughter and listened to all her concerns, then called me and got my side of the story and then he formulated a plan that he only wanted to do if we agreed it was best. He took the time to diagnose her with the right problems and then give guidance for short and long term plans. Now my daughter is discharged, seeing her therapists and doctors regularly, staying on her medication that Kyle prescribed and is doing very very well! I can’t speak for everyone else on here but Kyle is by far the best and I’d send any of my kids his way. He wants to help people, he wants them to succeed, and most of all he actually LISTENS TO US. I’d refer anybody with troubled kids over to Kyle he will put in his effort to work his magic and turn lives around. A+++!!!!

Recently my daughter stayed at this hospital and was in a very bad way mentally, but thanks to Dr. Kyle Olson she is doing much better and is getting better each day. Kyle showed that he really cares about his patients, he kept my wife and I in the loop with updates and changes; and made sure everyone was comfortable with the treatment plan. Very knowledgeable, personable, down-to-earth doctor with a big heart. Would recommend this hospital to everybody!!!!!!

My 19 year old son was hospitalized at Highland Ridge. They did an amazing job with his intake. Omce they had his guardianship paperwork we received calls back within 24 hours of leaving them a message. They made a huge effort tryimg to ensure he had supports in the community prior to discharge. The only thing that could have been better is having a couple of days more warning of his actual discharge date. I will without hesitation have my son go back there. We appreciate the support they gave us and our son.

We took our son here and it was an amazing experience. The staff diagnosed a condition that had not been treated before despite fifteen years of psychologist and psychiatrist treatments. They prescribed a medication that had him leveled out within a week. Very friendly staff as well.

I was a Parent of an addicted child who was admitted to the impatient program at Highland Ridge. She completed the program and changed her living environment by moving to a different state and continued to see a psychiatrist for follow up counseling. Hyland Ridge changed her life by giving her the clarity we all take for granted. My daughter after 9 months competing the impatient program found a scholarship to return to college, returned home, successful complete her degree with straight A's, while working part time. She was named Employee of the Year at her Job, and now pursuing a medical degree to help those in need. The staff a Highland Ridge treated my daughter with dignity and her counselor was top notch. The administration handled our desperate situation with care and gave me the peace of mind a parent needs when dealing with an addicted love one. I would recommend this facility and program to all family and friends who a have love one with an addiction. Thank you Highland!

I admitted myself into Highland Ridge in their outpatient program. I felt lost and out of control. Through their outpatient program I learned coping skills and ways to live my life with my problems instead of against them. I would go back if I ever needed to. I loved it and it opened me up to other people.

Highland Ridge has some amazing staff and they truly care about your well being. The food is great! I know that the staff are always willing to listen and help as best as they can. This is a great resource for anyone needing Detox or inpatient services. Their day program for adults is awesome as well as their after school program for kids. Great Job Highland Ridge!!!!

Our family has had many difficult decisions for the care of our 92 year old father who has dementia. It's been a roller coaster to say the least. He has gone from home to assisted living to memory care in a very short period of time. This was based on his behavior and the circumstances which affect him. We sent him to Highland Ridge in order to stabilize his medications and his behavior which had us very worried. Highland Ridge staff, including Dr. Faizi and Heather worked diligently with the family and with our father for treatment and medications. The result was nothing short of a miracle. Our father is back at the memory care center and is doing fabulously. Dr. Faizi is a miracle worker. Heather is one of the most caring individuals we have ever encountered in a field that is full of caring people. Our thanks and admiration to Highland Ridge, Dr. Faizi, and Heather.

I suspect many of the negative reviews are not regarding elderly dementia patients. We are so pleased with the respect and care that was given to our 92 year old father at Highland Ridge. Dr Faizi was able to adjust his medications and in 10 days he was able to return to his previous facility. It was an amazing, positive change. Thank you to the staff and doctor at Highland Ridge.

The thing about rehab is you get out of it what you put into it. Some of the best, strongest, and most loving people I've ever known I met at highland ridge.
